How do I get to the convention center?
Please visit the convention center's website for Driving Directions.
Where should I park at the convention center?
Parking is conveniently located at the convention center, accessible at the corner of 10th Street and Penn Avenue. Daily rate: $10. For more information and a detailed map, please click here.
When is registration open?
Tuesday, April 8: 7:00am – 5:30pm
Wednesday, April 9: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Will I receive my badge in the mail?
In our continuing effort to "go green", we are not mailing advance badges for this event. Instead, we are implementing the "Fast Track" program to speed your registration time onsite. We will email you a unique barcode confirmation that you can bring onsite to any Badge Pick Up station, scan and pick up your event materials.
When you arrive at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, please proceed to the RoboBusiness Registration Counters located in the lobby of Hall A, Level 2 to check in. All attendees MUST present a photo identification when picking up their badge.

How will I find my way to all of the classes and special events?
When you arrive onsite you will receive your official event Show Guide. The Show Guide contains a daily agenda, conference session room assignments, special event information, a map of the expo floor, and more.
Are there hotel rooms reserved for attendees?
The date to reserve a discounted room rate at the RoboBusiness official hotels has passed. However we have found additional hotels close to the Convention Center. Please click here for HOTEL INFORMATION for hotels that are still showing availability as of March 19, 2008.
What does my badge give me access to?
Full Conference Attendees
Admission to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, the Expo Hall, all sponsored breakfasts and luncheons, Opening Night Networking Reception, and the Robot Hall of Fame Cocktail Reception and Induction Ceremony (Full Conference Attendees that have registered for the optional Site Visits on April 10 and received a ribbon will also be admitted on the tours)

Admission to the Expo Hall and the ‘Open Door’ keynote presentations

Is there still space available on the Site Visits scheduled for Thursday, April 10?
Robotics Site Visits are FULL. Seating is limited and was available to full conference attendees only and on a first-come, first-served basis. All attendees that are registered for the Site Visits will received a ticket when they check in - this ticket must be presented before boarding the bus.
Can I bring my child with me to the event?
RoboBusiness is a business-to-business professional conference. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted onto the show floor or in the conference program.
I registered but can no longer attend. Can I receive a refund?
All registrations are non-refundable after March 14. If you cancel, you will receive a credit towards attending any of Robotics Trends conferences in the future for the amount of the cancellation. Substitutions from your company are allowed.
